Tragically Hopped is designed and brewed as a “classic” Double IPA. We use a blend of Centennial, Simcoe, and Mosaic hops, at a whopping 3 pounds per barrel in the kettle, and another 3 pounds per barrel as dry hops.
VIP (Vanilla Imperial Porter) is an imperial version of our year-round favorite RVP.
These beers are typically one-off, brewery only releases made on our 2.5 barrel pilot system. They are available by the glass, and some release are available to-go in growlers. There are no can releases at this time.
Chocolate Milk Stout begins with a blend of pale malt, chocolate malt, and roasted malt for that signature stout flavor and appearance.
New Hampshire breweries Great North Aleworks, Woodstock Inn Brewery, Moat Mountain Brewing Company, Smuttynose Brewing Company and Great Rhythm Brewing Company have collaborated on a new beer in order to support the New Hampshire Hospitality Employee Relief Fund (NHHERF).
Cerveza de Leche (Milk Beer) starts as a traditional milk stout brewed with lactose (aka milk sugar). The lactose gives this stout a creamy body, and just a touch of sweetness. We also use a blend of pale malt, chocolate malt, and roasted malt for that signature stout flavor and appearance.
Smokin’ is an American take on a classic Rauchbier (German for smoked beer). It’s brewed with Bamberg malt smoked over a beechwood fire, hopped with Hallertau Mittelfrüh, and fermented with California ale yeast. Smokin’ is aromatic and flavorful, just shy of “bacon in a glass”.
