Amber in color, it’s lightly hopped with a bready and honey-like flavor that comes from a blend of malts used in the brew. A slightly sweet finish to this beer makes it easy drinking and satisfying.
Backstory
This amber lager recipe was designed and brewed by John Cataldo, our quality control and assurance manager. It’s his take on a German-style Festbier. It was originally brewed as a special release for the SNOB Film Festival. Thanks to popular demand, we made more!
